- No onsite Health Screenings in 2020. To avoid any health risks associated with onsite screenings and doctor appointments due to COVID-19, we’ve changed our Health Management Program so you can earn the maximum $500 incentive without a Health Screening. If you’ve already had a screening with your health care provider, earn your incentive by submitting your completed Health Care Provider Form to StayWell. If you haven’t had a screening yet, feel free to earn your incentive by choosing among the 15 Take Action activities instead. To earn any incentives, you must complete the Health Risk Questionnaire by Dec. 31, 2020.
- Get a free flu shot through your health plan. Because onsite screenings will not be offered this year, we will not be able to provide onsite flu vaccines. But you can get a no-cost flu shot through your medical plan. If you’re enrolled in a Rockwell Automation plan, you and your covered family members can even get a flu shot from CVS or another network pharmacy.
- Our EAP now offers virtual visits on their new web portal: Beacon Wellbeing. Access expert support to help you thrive. Connect with an EAP counselor anytime—day or night—via Skype, FaceTime, Facebook Messenger or another video platform. Visits are confidential and can cover anything that’s on your mind, like parenting, marriage issues, eating disorders, substance abuse, job stress or depression.
