  • Mark your calendar for Dec. 31. 31 is the last day to complete the Health Management program (health screening, Take Action activity and Health Risk Questionnaire) via StayWell’s website. It is also the last day to incur expenses for 2015 Flexible Spending Accounts.
  • Need to complete your Numbers@Work health screening? If you are in Milwaukee/Mequon and enrolled in a Rockwell Automation medical option, you can complete your screening at Rockwell Automation Health Services (RAHS). Call the clinic (Milwaukee 414.382.2401 or Mequon 262.512.8138) to schedule your appointment today! If you’re not in Milwaukee/Mequon, you can complete your screening using the Health Care Provider Form.
  • 401(k) plan limits will stay the same for 2016. The IRS recently announced that 401(k) limits will not increase for 2016. Next year, you can continue to contribute up to $18,000 in either before-tax or Roth after-tax contributions, or a combination of both. If you’ll be age 50 or older in 2015, you can still save up to an additional $6,000 in catch-up contributions. To learn more or increase your contributions, visit 401k.com.

  • Winter is here—drink up! When the weather is warmer, you know that you need to drink water to stay hydrated. The same is true during the colder months. To stay hydrated, water is your best bet. But soups, fruit, fruit juices, coffee, iced tea and sports drinks can also help. Just don’t wait until you feel thirsty. By then, you’re already dehydrated.
  • The Rockwell Automation Service Center and the Rockwell Automation Service Center at Fidelity will be closed on Nov. 26 for Thanksgiving.
